A Transformation Journey with KR Hair and The Little Princess Trust
In early 2024, I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin Reynolds, a talented hairstylist and owner of KR Hair, who also happens to be my neighbor in our quaint village. Kevin was looking to boost traffic to his website and attract more clients to his mobile hair salon. As a freelance social media marketer specializing in SEO, I saw this as a perfect opportunity to help him out. But what I didn't realize at the time was that this collaboration would lead me on a personal journey of giving back.
My name is Charlene Williams from CW DigiMark, and today I want to share a special story with you. A year ago, I met Dawn Allen from The Henry Allen Trust, and later, Martin from Samuel's Charity. Both Dawn and Martin lost their young sons to childhood cancer, a tragic experience that left a deep impact on me. Inspired by their stories, I decided to donate my hair to The Little Princess Trust, a charity that provides real hair wigs to children suffering from hair loss due to cancer treatments and other conditions.
A New Look and A New Purpose
Kevin and I embarked on this meaningful journey together. He came to my home with his mobile salon, KR Hair, and began the process of cutting and coloring my hair. Kevin is known for his skills and creativity as a hairstylist, with years of experience in London. His ability to transform hair while making clients feel comfortable and relaxed in their own homes is truly remarkable.
With the guidance and a free care package from The Little Princess Trust, Kevin and I prepared for the big chop. The moment my hair was cut, I felt a mix of emotions—excitement for my new look and gratitude for being able to support such a worthy cause. Kevin’s expertise was evident in the stunning transformation he gave me, and I absolutely love my shorter hair!
